At the end of each session, every participant will be asked to speak about their own experience and from this everyone will be led to highlight the learning points in it implied. After this stage, participants will share feedbacks, connecting them to their work and taking further step into their development and improvement in their daily social and work common processes.
In support of  organizational development projects, each Eurhythmy  session is linked to any specific development topics that might arise out of a project, and both learning and what proceeds from it have a link with the business processes concerned.
